Turn the photos you already paid for into more marketing

Photos show the property.
Motion helps sell the stay.

Spectraza turns your existing property photography into short videos that help guests understand the space, picture the stay, and give you more content for websites, social, listings, ads, and direct booking — without another shoot.

01 / Winter A-Frame / Concept Film

Why motion

Guests are not choosing isolated room photos. They are choosing the stay. Motion brings the same images together into a faster, more complete preview of the property while giving you reusable content for the places people already watch video.

Why video earns a place in the mix

Video already influences how people decide.

These are general consumer video statistics, not vacation-rental conversion claims. They show why motion is useful alongside strong property photography.

85%

of people surveyed say a video has convinced them to buy a product or service.

63%

say short video is how they would most like to learn about a product or service.

89%

of consumers say video quality affects their trust in a brand.

Rental industry signal

Video is becoming part of the property-listing experience.

Vrbo supports property video uploads and says video can help travelers better understand a property and what to expect during their stay. That is the exact job Spectraza is built to help with, without requiring another shoot.

Selected work

This is what we start with.
This is what motion adds.

Every film below began with still imagery. Compare the input stills with the finished motion to see how the same property can become a more immersive piece of marketing without a new shoot.

Why it makes sense

You already paid for the photos.
Make them earn more attention.

Spectraza does not replace strong photography. It turns the same photo set into another way to market the property, explain the stay, and keep producing content without another production day.

No new shoot Start from property photography you already own instead of coordinating another production day.
More places to sell the stay Use the same property imagery across websites, social feeds, listing pages, ads, launches, and promotions.
More content from one investment Signature and Campaign turn one photo set into landscape, vertical, and short-form deliverables instead of one more static post.
$0 first look See a short watermarked preview of your own property before deciding whether to buy.

For the guest

Understand the property as a whole.

A gallery shows one frame at a time. A short film can connect the exterior, rooms, views, and amenities into one paced preview of the stay.

For the operator

Market the same property in more formats.

Use the photography you already own to create video for direct booking, social feeds, ads, launch posts, and website placements.

For your workflow

Add motion without reopening production.

No crew to schedule, property to restage, travel day to fund, or weather window to wait for. Start with the assets already on hand.

Built around the real property

Your property stays
your property.

Generated motion should add depth and pace — not turn the listing into something guests will not recognize.

Your photography is the source of truth

The supplied images define the architecture, furniture, views, finishes, and amenities we work from.

Motion, not a fake makeover

We aim to preserve the scene rather than intentionally adding rooms, pools, views, or features that are not there.

You see the direction before paying

The free preview lets you judge the look on your own property instead of buying from a promise or a generic demo.

One photo set, more mileage

One property.
More places to show up.

You are not buying a video just to own an MP4. You are creating motion assets you can actually put to work across the property’s marketing.

01

Listings & direct booking

Turn a static gallery into a paced property story that can complement the photos guests already browse.

02

Instagram, TikTok & Shorts

Use vertical motion instead of forcing landscape photography into video-first social feeds.

03

Property websites

Give the homepage or landing page an immediate sense of place with a clean looping hero film.

04

Ads & promotions

Create alternate hooks and short cuts from the same property instead of relying on one piece of creative.

05

Launches & seasonal refreshes

Give an existing property a new promotional angle without automatically planning another photo or video shoot.

06

Multi-property portfolios

Give a management brand a repeatable visual standard across multiple homes, cabins, villas, or stays.

Process

Send the property.
We handle the motion.

The first step can be as simple as a listing link. You do not need to build a creative brief before seeing what is possible.

  1. 01

    Send the listing

Share the property link. We can identify the strongest shots and ask for originals only when they are needed.

    Low-friction start
  2. 02

See it before you buy it

We create a short watermarked preview from your property so you can judge the actual direction before spending anything.

    $0 / no obligation
  3. 03

    Choose the package that fits

If the preview earns the yes, choose the level of content you need and receive finished exports for the placements included in that package.

Only scale when it makes sense

Packages

Start with one film.
Or make the photo set work everywhere.

Essential gives one property a polished video asset. Signature and Campaign turn the same source photography into a broader content set you can keep using across the channels already competing for guest attention.

No-risk first step

Do not buy based on a promise. See your own property move first.

Send a listing link and we’ll create a short watermarked preview so you can decide from the actual result.

Questions

The reasons people hesitate.

Clear answers before you spend anything.

Why not just keep using the photos?

You should keep using them. Photos are still the foundation of the listing. Spectraza gives the same photo set another job: help guests get a feel for the property in motion and give you usable video for websites, social feeds, ads, promotions, and direct-booking marketing.

Will generated motion make my property look fake?

The photography remains the source of truth. We aim to preserve the architecture, furniture, views, and amenities rather than intentionally redesigning the property. If a generated shot drifts too far from the source, it should be regenerated or left out of the final edit.

Do you need to visit the property?

No. Everything is built from photography you already have — listing images, past shoots, or your own camera roll. There is no site visit, no scheduling, and no travel cost.

What kind of photos work best?

Sharp, well-lit, high-resolution images with a clear subject. A mix of exteriors, main living spaces, and one or two detail shots gives the strongest sequence. Screenshots and heavily compressed images limit what can be produced.

Is the motion generated?

Yes — motion is generated from your stills, then edited, graded, scored, and finished by hand. The aim is to keep the property recognisably itself: the photography is the source of truth, and the motion is there to give it depth and pace.

How long does a project take?

Timing is confirmed when the project is booked and depends on package size, revision rounds, and how complete the source photography is. If you have a fixed deadline, 24-hour rush delivery is available as an add-on.

Who can use the finished video?

You do — on your website, listing pages, social channels, and paid campaigns. You need to own or have permission to use the images you send, since those rights carry through to the finished content.

What if the direction is not right?

That is what the free preview is for: you see the visual direction before any payment. Each package then includes a stated number of revisions, and further rounds can be added at any point.
